These terms cover using our website. Your purchase, sale or financing of a vehicle is governed by the documents you sign for that transaction.
Who we are
Ohio BMW (ohiobmw.com) is an independent pre-owned vehicle dealer operated by WellTracked. We are not an authorized BMW dealer and are not affiliated with BMW AG or BMW of North America, LLC.
Listings and prices
We work to keep listings, photos, equipment and prices accurate, but errors can happen and vehicles can sell at any time. The signed purchase agreement controls. Prices exclude sales tax, title, registration and the documentary fee unless stated.
Reservations and deposits
A reservation deposit holds a vehicle for the period shown and is refundable until you sign purchase documents. If you buy, it is applied to the price.
Estimates
Payment, tax and out-the-door figures are estimates using published rates and example APRs. They are not offers of credit. Lenders set final terms.
Trade-in offers
Online offer ranges are estimates. A firm offer follows an inspection and is valid for the time and mileage stated in it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, submit someone else's information without permission, or interfere with the site's security.
Trademarks
BMW and BMW model names are trademarks of BMW AG and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell. Site text and design belong to WellTracked.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WellTracked is not liable for losses arising from use of the site itself. Questions go through the contact form.
