We collect what you give us to buy, sell or finance a car, and basic site analytics. We use it to do what you asked. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Reservations and test drives: name, email, mobile number, the car and the time you choose. Deposit card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Pre-qualification: name, contact details, ZIP code, your credit estimate, and on the secure step the date of birth and address needed for a soft credit inquiry.
- Instant offers: plate or VIN, vehicle details, mileage, condition, name, email, ZIP and optional mobile number.
- Contact messages: what you write and how to reach you.
- Analytics: pages viewed, device type and approximate location, in aggregate.
What stays on your device
Some tools remember your color theme, county and the car you were viewing in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device.
Who we share it with
- Lenders, only when you ask us to find financing.
- Service providers for payments, messaging, hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection.
- Government agencies as required to title and register a vehicle you buy or sell.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct or delete your information, send a request through the contact form. Records we must keep for vehicle sales and financing are retained as the law requires.
Security
Forms are sent over HTTPS, sensitive steps are encrypted, and access is limited to staff who need it.
Changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes.
